A good experience, even though it wasn't exactly what we expected.
Staff were very helpful and responsive when a fellow guest proved disruptive. Plenty of hot water, wifi was good, room was clean, reasonably quiet and secure. Aircon was very efficient, tv had plenty of channels. Hotel is close to fantastic bus and MRT services and a very nice mall and street market.
The location is the red light district, which we did not realize when booking. It didn't impact on us but we would have liked to know beforehand. Some travelers would not like to be here. No fridge, no bathroom shelf for toiletries, the wardrobe was more suitable to a child's bedroom, inadequate for 2 adults.

Overall satisfied .
Staff were helpful an seemd to be security conscious which was good. I reall liked the air con in my room as it was very quiet for a change. The area also caters a wild range of good eateries.
I didnt mind the hotel was in red light district at all but for the price I paid seemed a little steep. IThe shower area was open and water going everywhere.
